Hasselblad is now shipping the widest lens yet for its X1D medium format camera, the XCD 21mm f/4.
With a 35mm equivalent of 17mm, this lens can focus on objects as close as 32 cm with a magnification of 1:10. It stops down to f/32.
Like the other lenses in the XCD family, the XCD 21mm f/4 lens has an integral central shutter with full flash synchronisation up to 1/2000th second.
The XCD 21mm ships this month for $ 3,750. It is available for preorder now.
