Behind the scenes of Chicago Repertory Ballet on audition day.
Chicago-based advertising and editorial portrait, lifestyle, corporate and documentary photographer Doug McGoldrick recently did a project for the Chicago Repertory Ballet. The Chicago Repertory Ballet had auditions for its spring/summer season and McGoldricks's good friend Jacqueline Stewart is one of the choreographers for the season. McGoldrick got to go behind the scenes and photograph the audition day. The company's performance will include choreography by Monique Haley, Jessica Miller Tomlinson, Jacqueline Stewart, and Artistic Director Wade Schaaf's rendition of "The Rite Of Spring."
