Not that you all don't already know this, but galleries are stores, just like Target and Walmart. I know quite a few gallery owners and some are really good people. But, if they don't sell product they don't stay in business. I take pictures for me, I'm not a store and I'm not affected by what sells in galleries. In fact—I don't care at all about sales of my personal work. Don't get me wrong, I love when people buy my photos, but I decided a long time ago that I was either taking photos for me or to sell. In my personal work, it’s for me with no compromise. It is what it is. Some will buy them others wont...I'll shoot what makes me happy. Cheers
